California Businessman Travels Across the Country to Register His Trailer with Maine Trailer

It was a Friday afternoon when Nick called the registration department at Maine Trailer in Hampden. Clara answered the phone call from the Sacramento businessman from Ukraine, looking to register his new trailer. Now this wasn't anything out of the ordinary, as Maine Trailer registers trailers all over the country, but Clara was happy to answer all the questions that Nick, a repeat customer, had when it came to registering his new trailer. The typical time to process a plate can be anywhere from 2-5 business days for clients that call in due to the volume that Maine Trailer deals with, so it was thought to be just a joking moment when Nick told Clara he would be there "First thing Monday morning to pick up his plate." Clara said, "well I won't be here Monday", so Nick answered back with "well, Tuesday it is then!" Clara thought nothing of that comment until Tuesday morning rolled around and Nick walked in the front door with all his paperwork in hand.

Four flights across the country from Sacramento to Hampden, just to register his new trailer with us. "I thought to myself, I'll grab all the paperwork with me and I will go there to introduce myself, and say thank you for the service that Clara and Gigi provide," Nick said. "It was nice and easy, and the process is not a headache for me when dealing with them. Plus, when I came right to the office, I had my registration and plate in less than an hour." Walk in customers do get preferred service when the ladies at the registration department aren't working on something else.

As Nick's company Kingdom Truck Lines continues to expand, registering with Maine Trailer was a no-brainer for him after using our registration department before. "Maine Trailer has already helped me before in the past, and I will continue to bring more business to you as my company expands," Nick replied in an email Tuesday afternoon as he started his travel back across the country. "Clara and Gigi are very nice and professional ladies, and assisted with all the questions I've had," Nick said."I'm so blessed to be in the USA and have people like Clara and Gigi who have accepted and helped me since I've come as a refugee."

Nick not only has opened his own business since coming to the United States in 2002, but he has paid it forward by helping and supporting orphanages in Mexico, Ethiopia, and his native country, Ukraine. He also has served as the army chaplain and volunteered in the war zone for the last 8 years.
